Dragon: 0  You: 1 Just as Laura said!! 

Kartra: {first_name}, %FIRSTNAME% It was a beautiful day but I was lying in a heap as the water was rushing over me...

I was feeling dazed and confused to say the least and trying to get my bearings...

It had all started out well, 10 minutes earlier. 

I was at the beach showing an out of town guest, Sarah, how to navigate the surf...Needless to say it has been years..no decades really, since I had boogie boarded :-)

I grabbed the board and started moving through the water to get further out for the nicer waves.

And that is when it happened...

As a giant (must have been 15 feet :-p ) wave broke hard right in front of me, I said "No problem..

I have a boogie board and will just jump over it with the board in my hands"...

The key missing ingredient there was the "Jump" part, it was more like put my board in front of my face and assume it would magically transport me over the wave..

Thats when I got knocked to the ground and found myself looking like a survivor stranded on a desert island after a typhoon...

It wasn't pretty...and it honestly really hurt...I thought I might have broken my nose.

Fortunately, several adjustments later, I was fine and a little wiser :-)

Seems like that is how I have dealt with technology too, assume I can do it, because I can do other things and have some skills (like boogie boarding when I was 14!)

But if someone had been there to give me a hand and remind me of the pitfalls, guide me a little, that would have been a much better day!!
