Last week I was baking some buttery, garlic knots for my kids. I threw them in the oven on a perforated pizza sheet at the recommended temperature and went on with my lunch.


4 minutes later there was thick dark smoke billowing out of our oven. The butter had gone through the holes in the pan (DUH!) and was quickly burning on the bottom of the oven.

We threw open the doors and grabbed a high-powered fan out of the bedroom to clear the kitchen from the smoke.

My point...

We have the best of intentions and, even though I've used the oven about 14 thousand times I still do stupid stuff.

Funnels and ads are no different.

That's why I put this Summit together... to show us all that even the best of us fall flat on our face at times.
